For Families You Don’t Have to Do This Alone

You’re doing your best for someone you love — and it’s a lot.

If you’re here, something has been weighing on you.

Maybe a parent is more isolated than they used to be.
Maybe you’ve noticed small changes that don’t quite add up.
Maybe you’re managing everything from a distance — or juggling care alongside work and family.

Whatever brought you here, this much is true: it’s okay to ask for help before things feel urgent.

SarahCares exists for families navigating that in-between season — when support is needed, but traditional home care doesn’t feel like the right fit.

For the first time in many years, I don’t have a constant pang of worry in my stomach because I know I have someone that I can depend on and who clearly cares about my dad, too.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does SarahCares cost?
Support is tailored to each family, so cost depends on the level and frequency of support needed. We’ll talk through options during an initial conversation and outline a clear plan before moving forward.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. SarahCares does not require long-term contracts. Support can adjust over time as needs change, and families are never locked into services that no longer make sense.
What if my parent is resistant to help?
TThis is very common, and we’ve gotten good at it. We start with friendly visits, not ‘shifts,’ so it doesn’t feel threatening. Often parents resist the idea of help but love the person. Once trust is built, support naturally expands. We’ve never had a client who didn’t come around.
Will the same person visit each time?
Yes. We prioritize consistency and thoughtful matching so families and loved ones can build real relationships with a trusted care partner.
What areas do you serve?
SarahCares serves Nashville and surrounding Middle Tennessee communities. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, just reach out—we’re happy to talk it through.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. SarahCares is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. All team members undergo background checks and are trained in dementia care (CDP certification).
